About 65 percent of the participants in this training were women and about 74 percent of the participants were from tier two and three cities.

Accenture, one of the big IT companies, has also planned to do a large number of technology related hiring in the country. Out of approximately 7.7 lakh international workers of this company, more than three lakh are Indians. Recently, Julie Sweet, Chief Executive Officer of Accenture, said, “We are hiring primarily in India. There is really no change in our hiring strategy.” He had said that Accenture is strengthening its position in Generative AI.
